Property Acquisition Expert

Our company is looking for someone who can help us acquire properties. This will require lead generation in the form of making phone calls to our list of real estate prospects. The database has approximately 2,000 phone numbers and the objective is to set appointments for our agents to meet with the owners of these properties. Once the appointments have been set our agents will meet with the property owners and provide them offers to purchase their properties


Requirements
This position requires a person with a cheerful and helpful attitude
Must be able to understand and speak English proficiently
Have good American Accent
Must have prior experience lead generating
Must have prior customer service experience
Prior experience using an auto dialing system (preferred)
Must be familiar with and use Google Calendar
Must take great notes
Must be able to learn and use telephone scripts organically
Must be persistent at setting appointments and following up with clients
Must be very good with time management

Equipment Requirements
Must have reliable Internet service. (Please have a plan for backup internet service)
Must have access google spreadsheets & google docs
Noise canceling headset (preferred)
Must have access to and be able to use the zoom application on your computer (zoom account is free)

Time Requirements
Our company makes calls to our prospects in the mornings from 08:30 to 10:00 EST & in the evenings from 16:30 to 18:00 EST
Calls are made Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday every week
Calling sessions are 1 hour 30 minutes long in the morning and 1 hour 30 minutes long in the evening for a total of 3 hours per day
Must remain 30 minutes after each call session to update notes in the database, Google Calendar and generate progress report
Total job time is 20 hours per week
This is a permanent position

Pay Structure
We pay every week on Friday evening at 18:00 EST
We pay via PayPal
Starting pay is $2.00 per hour
After probationary period base pay will increase to $5.00 per hour
We pay $50 for every deal you help us to close within your first 30 days
If you are able to help us purchase 3 houses within your 30 day probationary period, we will increase your pay to $100 for every house you help us to purchase

Follow up & Accountability
A report must be generated at the conclusion of every call session.
All calls will be monitored for quality assurance and suggestions will be given to improve customer calls.
Good notes must be taken and appointments set using Google calendar.
