SOURCING Agent / Web Researcher (German writing and speaking)

As we will be expanding our successful European eCommerce Brand which founded in 2014, we are looking for a Online Sourcing Agent / Web researcher to join our team.
We will be developing several product lines in this year.

We are looking for an energetic and positive Sourcing Agent, who has a high level of integrity in all business deals done on our behalf.


Job Description of Sourcing Agent:
- Main task is finding manufacturers (no trading companies) who are able and willing to manufacture our product with our specifications

Optional tasks, if you can write german:
- collecting quotations, analyzing and editing them into spreadsheets to simplify decision making
- negotiate best bulk order prices, order quantity and lead time
- develop and determine together with us the ideal product specifications

Our target market is Eastern Europe and the countries are located close to Germany. But we also would like to collect quotations from all other european countries,
Our goal is to find reliable factories who can produce products on a high quality level on the lowest price obviously. Lets find together this one manufacturer who can get us the best product with the best price!

Your Requirements:
1. Must have a proven track record and show experience in working with this type of work.
2. Demonstrate a high level of energy and be able to contact/phone them in the sourcing process
3. Will need to communicate with us on Skype/Email/ really frequently.
4. Proficient in English
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and using spreadsheets
6. Be able to manage multiple tasks at a time, and complete by deadlinesdeally we would love to work with someone who is genuine, a great communicator, can think through problems, understands the manufacturing process well and can work closely between the manufacturers and our company during the whole process from sourcing to shipping.
