Customer Service Officer

Imagine booking in jobs with Australian clients and organizing the workflow of employees in Australia and working normal hours through the day. Mactec Electrical are looking for an outstanding and passionate customer service officer/admin assistant to liaise with our customers and employees. You must have an outstanding English vocabulary and communication skills for you to be successful in this job.

We require you to work 5 hours a day to start off with. Your shift will vary from anywhere between 7am to 6pm for 5 hours per day at the start then possibly more as your skills increase (Philippine time GMT+8)

You must have the following:
• A high speed internet connection.
• Modern computer and software.
• Uninterrupted power supply
• Router with back up sim card or equivalent
• A workplace that is free from all outside noises
• 2 monitors are required after the probationary period.


The above requirements are a must as we need you to have a clear phone line (Voip) when you are talking with our customers.

We need someone that is hard working, a quick learner, reliable, have great attention to detail and be pro active to join our team.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Calling our customers and booking in work.

Emailing clients
Processing of work orders
Scheduling of Upgrade to see actual infoasing up work orders with clients.

If you are the right person we will train you up in other areas of the company, if you would like to grow with us. We will supply a voip soft phone and your wage will reflect you work ethic.
