JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Home Services business in the USA on the West Coast. Every week, we service 250 homes.

If you have experience handling customers over the phone then we want you! Looking for little or no accent.

Job Duties:
1. Answering Phone Calls
2. Project Management: Scheduling Jobs, Dispatching Technicians, etc
3. Answering E-mails and Text Messages
4. Creating Estimates
5. Using Multiple Different Advanced Softwares to Schedule Jobs and Communicate with Clients.
6. Social Media Management
7. Online Marketing
8. Bonus: Candidates who have experience with Amazon FBA and Amazon Sponsored Ads will be strongly considered. We have a sub-company specializing in E-Commerce and Upgrade to see actual infondidate Requirements:

1. Able to speak and write English very effectively
2. Willing to be on a Pacific Standard Time (PST) Shift
3. Available 20-40 hours per week
4. Able to work in a quiet environment with no background noise and have a stable internet connection (preferably at home) of at least 10 MBPS, a working headset, and a video camera
5. Able to keep everything very organized! You must be detail oriented.
6. Willing to offer a short free trial.
7. Well versed in computer use and learning new programs. Please be sure to mention if you have experience using Housecall Pro, SMS Assist or SellerCentral.
