Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

-Pro-actively search for new leads and study the market trends and opportunities
-Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social medias) to identify new leads and potential new markets
-Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about Outsourcing
-Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
-Developing quotes and proposals
-Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
-Achieve the target assigned weekly, monthly and periodically;
-Responsible for handling other tasks assigned by the Manager
