A Fast-growing, China-based company selling electronic accessories online is looking for a reliable and responsible customer service representative.

Requirements:
1 Available to work from Monday to Friday. 8 hours per day.
2 Good English writing skills; answer customers inquires and questions;
3 improve workflow and report to team leader about issues found during interaction with customers;
4 Good communication skills, attentive to details, willing to learn
5 Good Internet connection

experience in AliExpress customer service is a big plus.
