Job Responsibilities
- Answer and handle customers’ consultations and complaints on line professionally.
- Commit to improve customer transaction experience and satisfaction.
- Customers management and problem solving.
- Updates the FAQs for customer questions.
- Cooperate across the different sectors efficiently and actively.
Job qualifications
- College degree or above.
- Fluent in English,Chinese,Japanese or Korean speaking and the customer service working experience is preferred.
- Get interested in blockchain or financial transactions.
- Serious and responsible, strong learning ability, and ability to withstand the stress.
- Master the theoretical knowledge and operational methods of blockchain, virtual currency, and exchanges.
