Looking for web designers and developers for regular work on a per jobs basis

I run a web agency and could use a few more reliable people for doing website development and design on a quote per job basis. I will also pay you a small fee per project quote you provide even if the project is awarded to another freelancer in the stable. And a small monthly retainer fee will be paid as well for your ongoing help.
