create a documentation portal, based on Docausaurs and Wikis using laravel. This small project needs to be complete within 5 days after start and you will be paid upon delivery except 20% of total agreed-upon fees, which will be held against any troubleshooting delays, if there is any, or otherwise I will supervise the progress and you can collect your first 20% upon showing your first work according to your proposed work delivery plan and another mid-term installment plan is possible per your wish before a final pay upon delivery. If you wish, you can develop on the basis of what's already built for the project or you can start fresh, using your ideas and design.
