Job description:
To relist automotive for sale ads on KSL.com. Resisting would be done on Monday Wednesday and Friday. The ads are already written and pictures are archived. Your job is to view existing automotive ad and transcribed that information on new ad. The purpose of this is that keeps the automobiles that we are selling to be most current and not days old which helps us sell more vehicles. KSL tracts the listing of vehicles by the vehicle identification number (VIN), so it is necessary every time we relist to change the last number of the VIN each time. The rest is just copy and paste existing ad information. Having two screens is very helpful doing this operation. Here is an outline:
1. Go to KSL.com using my log in and password.
2. Using two screens, copy and paste old ads into new listing.
3. Be sure to change last digit in existing VIN to ensure we create new listing if old VIN is used listing go back to original posted date.
4. Post new ad and confirm current day date on new ad.
5. Return to old ad and delete it to ensure there are no duplicates.
If you ise Firefox it allows you to copy and paste the photos greatly expediting the process. Average time necessary to relist each ad is 5 minutes. We have an average of 50 to 80 ads.
