JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Law Firm based in South Australia. We have worked with awesome VAs from the Philippines for 6 years already.

We are looking for experienced Virtual Assistants to assist our lawyers with their emails - what we refer to as email triage, and entering documents received and sent out into our practice management system. Also performing other tasks usually expected of an executive personal assistant such as calendr organizing/planning and bringing urgent tasks to attention.

We would prefer someone who has experience working with lawyers or law firms online.

We are looking for someone who is willing to commit long term. We do not want to waste our time training individuals who would eventualy leave the company after a few months.

Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, are a requirement.

Expected Tasks include, but not limited to:

*Skype meeting 8 - 8:30am (ACT) each morning.
*Primary contact with Lawyer is through Microsoft Teams
*Email Management - replying to mangement emails if possible, otherwise deferring (and moving from inbox to folder) to ask what to do when meeting with the lawyer.
*Forwarding client-related emails to the appropriate assistant if they have not been Cc'd in: if possible then tasking assistant to prepare response or documents.
*Placing return calls into tasks
*Costing emails to our practice management system.
*Importing documents into our practice management system and costing them.
*Reporting first thing- what's on / tasks to be done/ asking whether you can assist
*Checking in advance to see conflicts.
*Organising Appointments with clients as requested
*Making sure other staff have appropriate appointments in their calendar
