Answer inquiries online

We need an experienced, detailed-oriented, bilingual (english and Spanish) individual or company that can answer inquiries on our vacation rental inbox. Must have at least 1-year experience in virtual property management in an English-speaking country. Must have at least 2 excellent virtual property management references. Tasks will include answering questions from guests, and contacting us in case of an emergency (for example a broken water line at midnight).

Monday - Sunday
7pm-7am

$USD 370 a month

REQUIREMENTS:
Read, write and Speak English and Spanish
1-year virtual property management experience in an English speaking country
2 excellent virtual property management references
