Editiorial Manager for a growing digital agency

Hi !

We're looking for an experienced Editorial Manager in English.

We're a digital agency focus on SEO, Inbound marketing et Woocommerce.

You need to have good knowledge in Digital Marketing, seo, sea, conversion optimisation, Wordpress, woocommerce, etc.
We have to understand how to use activecampaign, hubspot, ahrefs, semrush, google sheets, etc. And understand funnels in inbound marketing.

You will manage a team of 3 people in remote and we will grow soon.

## Role & Repsonsibilites

- Ensure quality of content is upheld
- Manage the content team and contractor team
- Ensure that brand mission and visuals are always aligned
- Train all new contractor on our process & policies
- Improve and write process
- Stay up to date on lastest content marketing trends and policies
- Ensure that content is being properly distributed by Social Media
- Plan & Ensure content calendar is ahead by at least 1 month
- Strategize content optimisation and seasonalitiy trends
- Ensure team fulfilled, satisfied, and retained as contractors

## KPIs responsible for

- Sessions
- Unique sessions
- Pageviews
- Bounce rate
- Average session duration
- Top source
- Top content pages
- Top landing pages
- Total followers on social platforms
- Improvements for previous period

## The objective-based KPIs

- Concrete ideas for improving organic traffic
- Brief report on social media distribution hacks
- Next month’s content calendar plans and trends
- Challenges, wins, and hopes for the next month

Your salary:
$700 for the trial 3 month and after we discuss.
