JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

My name is Nixon and I run an International dropshipping company that sells products across the world.

I am currently looking for an amazing Customer Service VA to join my growing team.

Your role will include:

- Answering customer inquiries via email and Facebook messenger.
- Answering about shipping details, product details, handling refunds, and returns.
- Helping me with small jobs
- Would require 30 minutes to 2 hours a day

For your skills and qualifications you must:

- Be coherent in English
- Pay attention to detail
- Be a fast learner
- Be able to work without much management
- Great time management skills
- Have customer experience
- Have fast internet speed

Wage is negotiable, may include pay bonus if great performance.
