Our e-commerce company has experienced tremendous growth over the last year, and we are looking to add to our team an individual who can wow our customers and provide unparalleled customer service both internally to staff, and externally via our help desk platform.
Additional duties will include, helping us build up our knowledge base on the site for our customers, handling customer returns and exchanges, following up on order related concerns and working with the various shipping companies to resolve. Managing the proper documentation and tracking of various orders as required.
We believe that customer service is one of the many ways we can bring exceptional value to our valuable customers, and we are looking for the right individual who will help us level it up!
You must be friendly, willing to converse with customers organically, and in a genuine fashion, and detail oriented. knowledge of slack, google, shopify, shipstation, shipmonk, and reamaze would be beneficial, but not required, training will be provided for the right individual.
