"Blank" designs needed

I need templates which can be modified to make any of these
gift cards
business flyers
advertising flyers
promotional flyers
leaflets
Business cards

Ideally you should already have a set of blank ones to sell me and not make them from scratch. I need 5 or more of each. By blank I mean they should not be dedicated to anything but have only the images, they should be in psd and jpg format. the full copyright of the material.
How many of each do you have.
Can I see before I buy (in low quality graphics) ?
