Today, we’re looking for a top-tier Branding Graphic Designer to join our team and our mission of changing the world for as many people as we can through small business.

Important Attributes: Humble, motivated, determined, and punctual. Conceptual thinker, communications problem solver, detail-oriented and precise with layouts and illustrations. Collaborative and energetic – able to manage multiple projects independently but with support from the team. Strong sensitivity and understanding of typography, able to work independently yet connected online, and a focus on developing brand identities and brand images.

Primary Responsibilities: Work with strategists and account managers, take brand strategy or creative briefs and develop strong, compelling concepts that match attributes of the brand. Guide projects from concept to completion and ensure the highest creative quality Upgrade to see actual infocondary Responsibilities: Track time, projects and communication through the online project management system. Grow and train additional team members as we grow.

Typical Projects: Logos, print collateral (brochures etc.), website design, identity systems, environmental design, ad campaigns and packaging/products.

Promotional Path: Art Director and Creative Director

Salary: Based on experience and skill
