Roles & Responsibilities
Determines lead requirements by reviewing job description set by researcher team.
Arranges appointment to qualified leads and coordinating their schedules.
Evaluates leads by asking pre-qualifying set of questions
Accomplishes number of invites per week by completing related results as needed
Generate recruitment reports both manually and using applicant tracking system.
Manage and coordinate activities related to recruiting, selection and on boarding of associates.
Will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing, pre-assessment, candidate and final appointment setting
