Regards to this task, everything is going to be based on the quality of data and expedience to do a job. I need to understand your speed and accuracy to accomplish this task. Candidates with similar experience will be preferable.

This will be a test, I will send you 200 contacts (first and last name and home address), and I am requiring: mobile, office, home phone numbers and emails. For the first 200 contacts, I will pay you $10 (5 cents), providing that I receive the requested data in 24-48hrs.

We can discuss afterward, how we will proceed. I am a real estate salesperson and would require this job and possibly other virtual jobs.
