Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

You will be taking recorded videos and turning them into finished podcasts that will appear on our website as a blog post, our YouTube channel, our iTunes podcast channel, our social media pages, and will be sent out through email to our list.

You need to be proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and know there way around YouTube, HubSpot, and Google Drive.

You will also be using other sites like PodBean and Unsplash.

You must have great download and upload speeds in order to perform efficiently.

You must be reliable and publish our posts on time each week. We have three posts each week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

I expect these to take up about 20 or so hours a week. This position has a definite room to grow into more tasks and hours. As long as your work makes positive progress, we will give you more tasks and more hours to work.

We will meet once a week via Zoom video chat to make sure we are on the same page moving forward. You will also send me an end of the day (EOD) report through email with what tasks you completed during the day.
