Wanted: Rock $tar Virtual Assistant (VA) with UK Property Experience

I’m a currently looking for a part-time, going to full-time, VA to help with my property business.

** Responsibilities Include **
Research UK property rental market
Understanding my buying criteria & Screening UK Seller leads daily with set priorities
Addressing and stuffing batches of 100 mailers on a regular basis
Capturing Leads onto the Chosen Customer Relationship Management Software (Pipedrive / Podio)
Various Administration Work
Daily Report

** Must Have **
Hawk-like attention to detail
Dog-like dependability
Ox-like work ethic
Cat-like reflexes
