Property Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist & build stong strong relationship with unit owners, brokers & bldg admin personnel.
- To get new listings from time to time.
- To accompany clients when viewing properties with your Chinese co-workers.
- To service the needs of existing clients & maintain after sales service.
- Coordinate with building admin on all issues regarding new tenants, work permits, gate pass, move-in & move-out.
- Submit daily, weekly & monthly sales report.
- Complete related paper work in an accurate & timely manner.
- Performs other duties & functions as may be assigned.

Requirements:
* Preferably with at least 2-3 years experience in Property/Real Estate
* A graduate of any 2 or 4-year course
* Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
* 2 full-time positions availabe
* Can start immediately

- Pro-active & has High sense of urgency in addressing urgent client issues.
- Detail-minded & organized.
- knowledge in leasing policies & procedures.
- Self-reliant, self-motivated & a team player.
- Outgoing, positive & able to work under pressure.
- Has good communication skills.

Successful applicants will:
- Receive fixed salary from P15,000 to P20,000 for probationary period.
- Receive incentives after passing the probationary period.
- Office hours: 9am to 6:30pm - Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm - Saturday
