Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare contracts and other required paperwork.
• Liaise with other colleagues on work permit application and tax clearance where applicable.
• Track monthly timesheet submission and provide billing instructions.
• Monitor all monthly outgoing payments upon receipt of funds.
• Follow up on customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Ensure proper closure of account.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments to deliver satisfying service quality.
• Perform any other duty as instructed by Director and superiors.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor in Human Resource, Business Administration/Studies, Finance, or any other equivalence.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience especially in payroll administration / human resource / customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Meticulous and good numerical sense.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to multi-task and work independently.
• Service oriented with good communication skills.
• Work overtime if necessary.
• Open to travel in the Asia Pacific region (mainly Singapore).
