Video Editor Needed To Create VIRAL Facebook Video Ads

I am looking for a talented individual who knows exactly how to structure and format video ads for dropshipping products that will SELL and go VIRAL on Facebook.

- Your videos must build value on the product, meaning you need to present HOW, WHERE, and WHEN this product can be used by the individual.

- Your videos must remind viewers of their pain or problem that they are currently experiencing, and show exactly how the product can help to solve their issue.

- Your videos must be extremely visual, meaning you know how to compile various different pieces of footage to show how the product can be used, what it looks like, and how it benefits the customer in mind.

- You must understand the concept of "scroll-stopping" and understand that the first 5 seconds of your video is THE MOST CRUCIAL factor in capturing a viewer's attention to make them watch the entire video. So always make sure to display the biggest benefit of a product, or exactly what the product does within the VERY START of the video. People have very low attention spans so you need to understand this principle.

- You must know how to do market research for any product and ensure you are including KEY words and benefits into the captions so that the video will "speak" to the viewers and help them resonate with the product being advertised.

- You must be a ninja and know how to find numerous pieces of footage for the product to create your video ad (youtube, amazon, aliexpress, etc).

Additional Job Info:

1. You will be expected to make at least 10-20 videos per week and will be paid on a per-video basis.

2. You must be able to make revisions for any produced video upon my request.

3. You must be able to create 2 thumbnail variations for each produced video as well.

Ideal Job Pre-requisites:

- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Sony Vegas, or any professional video editor software

- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, or professional photo editing software.

- At least 1 year experience making video ads for dropshipping products (for other stores).
