Google adwords, Bing PPC & FB ads campaign manager

Addsource manage multiple campaigns on FB, Google Adwords and Bing search, we are looking for an expert to help us manage our PPC accounts, we can start with 10 hours a week and if we're a good fit scale up to a full time position.
