Who Are We?

We are Apace EZ Solutions, a company that operates in six marketplaces (Amazon) and have been in business for over four years. We source, design, and develop our own physical products which are sold under own brands in several ---------- 2018, we grossed over $2.5 million in revenue across all of our marketplaces and we expect to see rapid growth over the next months and years to follow.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a customer service representative/FBA VA to join the team and grow with us. He/she will be working part-time for 20 hours a week and must be willing to work on weekends. Ideally, he/she would work at night for 3 hours on weekdays and 2.5 hours on weekends. While this position starts with a part-time commitment, we are hoping to transition the CSR/VA to work full-time after a while.
He/she must match the following description:

Has experience in customer service and Amazon for at least a year;
Preferably willing to work on a night shift;
Must be able to work on weekends (3 hours on weekdays; 2.5 hours on weekends);
Has intermediate English writing skills, needs to be able to come across as a native speaker;
Has advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets;
Detail oriented when it comes to pulling numbers, data and compiling reports;
Is willing to continually learn on the job by staying on top of the latest strategies and promotional tactics;
Has a strong sense of accountability for each project;
Must be able to work with minimal supervision;
Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)

What would the tasks be?

-Customer service - responding to messages from customers via email;
-Monitoring Amazon listings, addressing reviews and feedback;
-Creating FBA shipments;
-Filing for reimbursements;
-Occasionally documenting tasks, creating SOPs;
-Documenting various metrics on spreadsheets.
