Professional Hand Drawing / Painting Illustrator

POSITIVE, ENTHUSIASTIC, AND HARD-WORKING ILLUSTRATOR WANTED
Long term project for 50-100 illustrations

Hi, I'm an art director looking for talented and professional artists to bring my visions to life. Commercial use, the art will be sold on printed products in my future online shop (like Etsy or Teespring). We will be designing for an assortment of products such as t-shirts, iPhone cases, leggings etc. I am seeking illustrators who are very creative, love bright colors, and can express happy/funny/cute emotion through their art. You must know how to draw by hand on paper or digital pen tablet since we need a hand-drawn style. Of course, final files need to be digital and very high-res.

We will be creating art based around puppies. The style is very bold, colorful and surreal like Hayao Miyazaki (Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, etc) or Pokemon, so this is not for realism artists. There is a clear objective with our art: to bring joy and laughs to the viewer. If this sounds like a good project for you, read on:

Requirements

- You have a positive attitude and can be dedicated to the project every week
- You are always ready to learn what direction we need to go to, and can adapt to any feedback
- Strong grasp of foundations: form, perspective, balance, proportions, geometry, and lighting
- Must know how to draw foundation volumes (spheres, cylinders, boxes) in perspective very well
- Can draw/paint by hand (either on traditional paper or digital tablet) and digitize work cleanly
- You can make any adjustments to the work at every stage (thumbnails, sketch, line art, and color)
- Experienced with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator, Affinity, or similar software
- Ability to send very high-res source files (8000-10000px)
