Lead Book Keeper/Accountant for Growing eCommerce Company

We are looking to add a new member to our team as the lead book keeper who will have oversight over our entire finance department. We are a rapidly growing eCommerce company in the United States. We sell brands across a wide array of niches and need someone to keep our books and ensure that everything is recorded properly.

Primary job duties will include:
- Book keeping (recording expenses, deposits, credits from suppliers, refunds, etc.)
- Preparing books for the tax accountant
- Auditing bank account ---------- voices
- Record keeping (filing invoices etc.)
- Data entry (Creating Cost of Goods Sheets, etc.)
- Report creation (profit by brand, P&L, marketing spend vs. profit etc.)

We use QuickBooks Online & Shopify, the ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge to hit the ground running when it comes to an online retail store’s books.
