JOB OVERVIEW

We're a digital agency based in Australia that specialises in designing and developing custom websites and mobile apps, and we're looking for a VA with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills to join our team.

The right person is someone who really loves helping out, learning and improving their skills. Great attitude, positive outlook, and team player mentality are also important.

This will be long-term, full-time employment. If you join you must commit 100% - This is a salaried position and 40 hours per week is expected.


THE ROLE:
Your role is to support myself through administrative tasks, while handling priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

JOB DUTIES: 
* Quality Checking websites & apps to identify issues, bugs or improvements for our dev team
* Get action items from me after each meeting I attend.
* Follow up with the responsible parties to get status updates until their tasks are done.
* Maintain a list with the latest status of each task.
* Read, summarize and answer??emails on my behalf.
* Get action items from??emails.
* Remind me about upcoming events and tasks.
* General admin takes such as adding blog posts to site, uploading pdfs, adding emails, etc…
 
DESIRED SKILLS:
* Self-motivated with excellent work ethic
* Detail oriented and thorough
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Uses time management skills to effectively balance quality and efficiency
* Confident and comfortable to problem solve independently, and make and implement recommendations
* Not afraid to ask questions and keep asking questions when clarification is required
* Ability to organize and prioritize (and re-prioritize when needed) a variety of tasks/projects
* Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with organization management and staff
* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and generally technologically savvy
* Experience with Wordpress is a plus?

COMPENSATION PLAN: 
* Paid weekly every Wednesday
* Performance bonuses for great work 
* Pay raises awarded based on performance 
* For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year) 
* 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days) 

HOURS OF WORK:
* 40 hours per week (8 hrs per day mon-fri)
* 8am to 4pm (PH time)
