Customer Support Representative

Customer support including phone support and email support. To obtain this job you should :
Speak fluent english (American preferred)
Write english with excellent grammar
Communicate well
Be polite and ready to assist and help
You must love helping people

You should be collecting weakly reports and you will be monitored weakly to make sure the job is done perfectly.
You will need to use an online platform to communicate with colleagues asking to issue refunds and replacement.
