Responsibilities
- Manage the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Shortlist potential candidates by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; provide advice to managers on candidate selection.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HR or Recruitment experience, with technological industry background preferred
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Stable internet, contactable during working hours (GMT+8)
