Amazon FBA Manager / Controller

We are a German Company, specialized on natural cosmetics selling only on Amazon FBA.

Right now, we sell mostly in Germany and Europe with around 20 products.
Our Products are very famous and selling pretty good!

We got some investors on board and expanding our product range right now.

We looking for someone who is pretty good with data and can help us primary to overview our inventory, listings, and manage new orders.
You will be responsible for over viewing our stock at the amazon warehouse and make sure that we never run out of stock with our products. So you need to keep track, how much stock we have at the amazon warehouse, how much stock we have in our warehouse and when we need to place a new order at our suppliers.

So you should be pretty good with data and create your own system of prediction.

We are working with Helium 10, the Amazon Stock Assistant and for sure: Excel.

Apart from managing the stocks in our warehouse, you will be responsible for over viewing all our listings in the the different European market places. At Amazon, sometimes listings are not working, texts are destroyed or somethings are not working right. This is a small routine maybe every 3 days and we have software which can help you with that.

You will assist us when we launch a new product. That means: Searching for influences on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. who are willing to test our products and write us the first reviews.

Furthermore, you can help us to find new products and source potential suppliers.

You should be very good in English and have a clear and professional style of writing.
You will get full support from our side, can always ask if you need some help and we will have weekly online meetings.
You will become and Amazon FBA Expert, get many insights in our strategy, secrets and will understand what it takes to set up an international company.

We will soon expand to the US Market as well!

- Data Expert - Excel etc.

- High understanding of software system - Like Helium 10

- Amazon FBA Knowledge

- Seller Central Administration

- Amazon Listing Creation / Controlling

- Amazon Key word Research and Optimization

- Understanding the amazon algorithm

- Amazon Product Research and Evaluation

- Amazon Product Sourcing - Communication and Negotiation with suppliers

- Communication with Influencers

- Product Launch Strategies


You should be:

- Self organised

- Very good English and communication skills

- Proactive

- A big plus would, if you also have some Photoshop / design skills and can help us with editing photos
