Experienced Virtual Assistant for my e-commerce Store

I have been successful at purchasing items with a 30% R. O. I. , but a failure at "Research", "Discription", Keywords".
I want to keep a minimum of 400 items posted on Ebay and minimum 100 items.s on Amazon at all times.
M looking for someone with experience so that he or she can make recommendations in order to REALLY grow my business.

I will be looking for someone to build my online Stores, as well.
