Virtual Assistant

We are a residential real estate team seeking an individual that can assist remotely with setting up showings for other agents and properties that we have listed. This individual will be required to follow up diligently after each showing and request feedback from the agent showings. Job will also include specifically documenting each showing's date/time/feedback and input them into an excel sheet which will be submitted for Upgrade to see actual infodividual must be able to work between the hours of 9-5 pm Pacific Coast Time and respond to each showing request in a timely Upgrade to see actual infondidate must be highly organized, responsible, patient and diligent in their follow ups.
