VA Administrator & Lead Manager
Pay: Base pay $2-$4 *Bonus at $50 per one contract signed and paid once closed*

You will need to be tenacious, detail-oriented, and a quick problem solver because this role will require managing listings, building processes, and helping to grow the business.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Screen callers and send motivated sellers to acquisition manager
• To be able to sign contracts with motivated sellers
• Book appointments with sellers and buyers
• Manage google calendar and google
• Manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management
• Manage CRM, client database system
• Scheduling of all Buyer Tours, Listing Showings, Inspections, Appraisals, and Photo Appointments
• Post ads on social media, and to be able to advertise/promote business through marketing
• Manage and coordinate all listing and social media marketing
• Create spreadsheets and word documents through Microsoft
Qualifications and Skills

• Key skills: Excellent communication skills, strong phone voice, ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Mandatory requirements: Team oriented, learning based, and ability to work independently and make sound decisions without much oversight.
• Real estate experience preferred but not required. More important are the abilities to be resourceful, manage all administrative/clerical responsibilities, and continually seek professional and personal growth.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2-$5/hour Plus Bonus of $50 per one lead contract signed and paid after closed

• Administrative Support: 3 years (Preferred)
• Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
