Looking for vector artist who specializes in animals/people

Looking for an artist who is able to take a picture of a person/animal and is able to vectorize it in illustrator. Can pay $1 per illustration. Potential of 100+ illustrations a month needed. Pay can increase as time goes by and a work relation is formed.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Creating vector work in a timely manner
Daily Communication and Work

Pay and Expectations:
$1 per design / additional pay as time goes on
Daily Work with Multiple designs per day
Constant Communication
