Looking for Amazing Landing Page Designer

Looking for someone with experience in designing landing pages / advertorials for direct response campaigns. These will be for e-commerce products as well as lead generation campaigns and other performance based marketing campaigns. Experience is a major plus as we need design to be based around conversions and you should be familiar with what works, what we should maybe test, etc.

Ideally you can do all the CSS / HTML as well with pagespeed optimized code, fully responsive, etc.
