Initial starting shift is day time (Eastern Standard Time -- EST).
However, shifts change more frequently during onboarding period, over the first 30 days.
After onboarding, NOC Team shift schedules change quarterly. Qualified candidates must be willing and available for working PH DAY, PH NIGHT as well as Weekend and Weekday shifts.

This is a remote, FULL-TIME position, where you can apply your technical skills and hone new ones – our company develops and trains!

Qualifications.

• Microsoft Windows expert with Servers and Desktops, Windows Server updates and troubleshooting.
• Experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, N-central, Solarwinds
•Experienced with Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Monitoring, Escalation, Documentation, Networking.
• Desire to learn!

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle internal technical issues, that employees/team may have.
• Handle internal and client Maintenance and Upgrades.
• Handle internal and client Monitoring.
• Handle Troubleshooting (as needed).
• Learn new technologies and participate in certification exams as requested.

Job Description:
Technologies to be worked with may eventually include: Desktop & Application virtualization, unified messaging & communication, cloud computing, disaster recovery, enterprise mobility management. Assignments may include, but limited to:
• Cisco - network switching and routing infrastructure network design and upgrades
• Storage – design and deployment
• Virtualization deployments – building VMware environments
• Enterprise and cloud system builds such as Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
• Desktop Virtualization deployments – builds using Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, and NetScaler
• Telephony – Cisco Call Manager and Microsoft Lync

This is a full-time position. Contractor position.
Travel: 0-25%
Expertise: Organization, Communication, Technology, Online/Web, Follow-through, Detail ---------- cation: Associates or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge/skill), in Technology preferred.
