Wordpress operative with graphics and video capabilities

I have a couple of existing businesses, am developing a new one and need some help.
Currently I design my own Wordpress sites, edit my own videos and do my own graphics. There are also some more mundane tasks required. It is an Internet Marketing business.

So I need someone fairly good at all round tasks and of course, someone I can trust to work hard. I am a very good boss, the right person will enjoy this job. It could be suitable for someone who wants to work anywhere from 20 to 40 hours per week.
