Internet marketing expert / VA

Good Day everyone!

We are looking to hire a team of 3-4 people to help us handle to following tasks:

1.research and find teeshirt ideas and niches
2. design tee shirts and banners 15-22 per day
3. create, maintain and post facebook fan pages and blogs
4.create 20 facebook and teespring campaigns ppc,adsense and some media buys
5. manage affiliate, and cpa marketing
6 also looking for some one to create and maintain email campaign.
7. drive traffic to blogs and other website

We would like to have everyone with internet marketing, email copy writing and paid advertising( Facebook, ppc, media buys etc.....) experience.
