Communication Skills Trainer

Achieve top and bottom line results of the programs set in consultation with the Training Manager
Build, develop and direct a training organization in line with growth plans for the programs
Oversee/contribute/guide in support functions like:
• Probing to get a clear picture of ‘customer needs, concern areas and competencies’ through Training Needs analysis and develop the right program.
• Research to gather the latest concepts on topics of customers’ interest. Suggest interactive training methods to ensure success of the program.
• Developing suitable content for programs in line with client needs.
• Conducting through team, a Pre and Post Workshop assessment by developing instruments to measure Pre and Post Training progress.
• Preparation of Dashboards to assess current levels of proficiency and effectiveness and progress made thereon.
• Developing and updating a library of training material/activities/cases/other methods
