Cold Calling With Sales & Customer Service Experience

Hi everyone. I’m hoping to find someone not just for this one job, but for many that follow.

I am looking for a Cold Calling With Sales & Customer Service Experience. I own a real estate investment company that buys houses for cash.

The Job:
Call homeowners that own a distressed house and are in a position where they need to sell quickly or cannot sell with a real estate agent. They don’t have money to renovate or clean up their house so instead of a real estate agent, we can buy it for cash and they do no pay fees or closing costs.

I have 178 properties to be called. Each property does have 4-6 numbers for the one owner to be called. A great deal of these numbers will be a (non working number) so you would notate that NWN. Notations are required for all outcomes. I’ll provide instructions later. Usually only 1 or 2 numbers per Property are active numbers.

The goal:
Find the correct phone number of the owner of the house. Find out if they are in the market to sell their house. And try to get all accurate contact information. Confirm their cell number. Say we have a guide on selling their house and we can email it to them and Get their email. Or whatever they will give you and make a notation who is the owner and all ways to contact them.

What I need:
I will need to hear a sample of your voice. I do require someone with a neutral accent.

Voice sample sent to me:
Hi Becky, this is (your name) from Made Property Solutions. I’m calling about a house I believe you own at 389 Jackson street, Garden City. We have a local investor currently looking to purchase houses in your neighborhood.
