I require a personal assistant to help run the back of house of my small building contractors.
The tasks involve:
1) Writing up quotations from subcontractors and combining as one quotation to the customers.
2) Basic bookkeeping (xero)
3) Populating calendar of meetings
4) Responding to basic inquiry
5) Inputting questionnaire data in spreadsheet
6) Ordering gifts
7) Ordering stationary ect
8) updating website and posting on social media platforms
