Vacation Rental Management Company VA

We are an ever growing Vacation Rental Management Company based in Miami, Florida.

Airbnb, Homeaway, ---------- , TripAdvisor, Expedia, Travelocity, Streamline, Slack, Hubstaff, RingCentral, Appear-In are some of the programs we use. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

This job position provides telephone and email support to customers while managing leads and inputting reservations to our management software. We also communicate internally to make sure everything is in order, such as guest check-ins and check-outs, cleanings, repairs, guest complaints, suggestions, emergencies, maintenance, etc...

Guests pay to stay in our properties so they expect consistent and courteous attention. We work as a team so you are never left alone to wonder.

The position offers a minimum of 56 hours per week and one day off per week. The schedules are rotated as requested and agreed by team ---------- anging schedules is allowed with admin approval.

Very good english speaking and writing is required.

Strong and Consistent internet connection required.
