UI/UX Graphic Designer

We are looking for a designer who has both graphic design skills and UI/UX expertise to help us improve both the aesthetic beauty and the conversion rates of our websites. This could eventually lead to full-time employment depending on your other skills.

As an initial project I would like you to provide a review and suggestions for improvements for a specific website that I will provide to you upon receiving your initial application. Once I provide you with the website details you can provide me with a quotation outlining the cost and the expected number of hours for you to review the website and provide us with a PSD file containing your suggested improvements to the Upgrade to see actual info is important that you read, write, and speak English at a fluent level as you will be dealing directly with our clients.
