**Commission ONLY**Earning $20-$500 Per One Contract signed and paid when sales closed

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. To sell, market, and service Real Estate or loan products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you will help buyers, sellers, and investor through signing contracts and delivering 5 star customer services.

Job Responsibilities:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, internet, and other lead ---------- velop quotes to motivated sellers, makes sales presentations on the phone, and closes ---------- velop ongoing networking relationships with sellers, buyers, investors, and closing companies.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities

Job Requirements:
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Must be fluent in English and Microsoft Word and Excel .
