email marketing and virtual assistance

I am looking for someone to be able to draft emails based on the content I share with him/her and then I review and send them. I use wix shoutout, Also based on the clicks etc, call them to book an appointment. There might be other excel work time to time basis. Need 20 hour per week. Also need to update the projects on the website to sync the email.
