JOB OVERVIEW

Small American ecommerce company seeking full or heavy part time remote employee for a Customer Service job.

Experience/Skills:
* Customer service email support
* Strong writing skills required
* Strong computer skills required
* HelpScout experience a plus
* Boating experience a plus
* Electrical experience a plus

Work with customers to handle standard questions and customers service Upgrade to see actual infond and process Upgrade to see actual infoeck shipping and tracking numbers. Some work on website (wordpress), data entry… plus other more advanced tasks as you grow in experience.

Salary increase possible in the first 3 months with exceptional performance. Top performers are paid well.

Work in Philippine time zone. Training with outgoing Filipino employee in your time zone. Co-worker(s) in Philippines also working (remotely) with you.

Will learn our product line / read a lot about our products. Eventually learn to estimate / quote our custom built products.

We are also looking for a CorelDraw vector designer, any experience with this (or Adobe Illustrator) please let us know.
