Appointment Setter

Basic Requirements:

- Desktop/Laptop (Minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
- DSL internet connection at least 5Mbps
- Must have own working station at home free from background noises
- Headset w/ mic and noise cancellation feature
- Minimum 2 years appointment setting or telemarketing experience handling international accounts
- Background in B2B lead generation is a huge plus
- Background in online work is preferable but not required
- Background in direct emails and LinkedIn marketing are desirable skills but not required
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Good working ethics
- Available to work full-time, shifting schedules, and can do OTs when necessary.

BENEFITS:

- Starting pay is 100 pesos per hour during training and probationary period
- After 3 months, you'll receive 150 pesos per hour
- If lead quotas are achieved, you get additional 5k per month.
- Opportunity to be promoted as our Operations Lead and Ops manager
- Twice a year out of town travel with the team (expenses shouldered by the company)
