AAGG is looking for a Full Time Customer Support Officer to join our team. You will be required to work 9am to 5.30pm Sydney - Australian Time Monday to Friday
You are expected to speak fluent English and be able to read and write at a professional level.
Your expected tasks are;
- Answer phone calls (VOIP phone system linking you directly to our clients and team)
- Make job appointment bookings daily
- Manage
- Maintain a strong online presence and create networking growth in the industry
- Prepare EOI and deliver to prospective clients via
- Prepare/compile quotation/tender submission packages to be submitted to prospective clients
- Work with other team members to enter in all work orders into our Job Management System
- Manage field workers ( take down notes and update JMS)
- Write
